We started Home Path Point because too many homeowners were managing their own renovation — chasing trades, comparing quotes that described different work, and hoping the pieces would meet in the middle.
One path through a whole-home project
Home Path Point brings interior design, exterior and garden work, roofing, windows, flooring, solar, security and fire safety together in a single studio. Instead of assembling a team for every job, we keep our own project leads and long-standing specialist crews — the same people who have installed floors for us for years are the ones who will lift yours.
That structure changes the experience. Decisions are made in the right order, materials are chosen with the trades who will fit them, and the schedule respects what has to happen before what. It also means one honest conversation instead of six half-conversations.
We are a small, deliberately hands-on team. Every project is walked by a lead before it is quoted, and walked again before it is handed over. If something is not worth doing yet, we will tell you — a shorter list done properly always beats a longer list rushed.
